Shining Smile Project

Restoring Oral Health, Rebuilding a Healthy Life

The Smiling Smile Project was introduced in 2016 in collaboration with Evangelical Lutheran Church Social Service - Hong Kong. It aims to provide free dental treatment and consultation to individuals who have suffered from severe oral health issues due to long-term drug abuse. Common problems among drug addicts include tooth decay, periodontal diseases, mucosal diseases, and tooth loss.

Led by Dr. Ronald Chan and Dr. Michelle Yu, founders of Second Smile Foundation Limited, the project helps successfully rehabilitated individuals regain their oral health, confidence, and smiles. Participants are encouraged to participate in voluntary work or assist in spreading anti-drug messages.
